Lifestyle modification is the most important aspect of healing. Any vitamin, botanical, or other product will not be effective for the long term if the lifestyle that contributed to the condition is not modified in a way that leads to health. This is a process! Dr. Wojciechowski first identifies the appropriate lifestyle modifications necessary and then leads you through these changes in a way that fits your capability.
Examples of areas in your life where lifestyle might need to be modified include your eating and sleeping habits, the amount you move, exposure to nature/sunlight, work environment, spiritual health or sense of purpose, and social network. This is a process, not something that is done overnight.
